Shipping and returns

Shipping:

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving, and are shipped Monday-Friday.

UK (Royal Mail 48hrs tracked): £5

Europe (DHL express): £20

International (DHL express): £30

Please allow 2-5 working days for all deliveries- UK, Europe and International.

For international orders, if you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.

 

Returns:

If you do wish to return an item and receive a refund, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt.

Please be fully aware that we cannot refund for pieces that are damaged or worn.

The cost of all returns must be covered by yourself. We strongly suggest that you choose any insurance and/or proof of delivery options that may be available to you. Until we receive the pieces at our registered address they are considered your responsibility. We cannot offer any refunds or credit for pieces we do not receive back.
